Sales Assistant (m/f/x) 50% / Store: Zug

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Sales Assistant (m/f/x) at 50% capacity to join our sales team at Davidoff & Cie SA, based in Zug. The position is available immediately or by mutual agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Actively and courteously advise our customers and conduct competent sales conversations.
• Operate the cash register responsibly and ensure proper completion of cash closures and transactions.
• Check incoming goods, create invoices, and issue credit notes through the POS system.
• Use your creativity to decorate our windows, showcases, and sales areas attractively. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's furnishings and technical tools (e.g., humidor) and ensuring cleanliness.
• Handle repairs and complaints according to guidelines, wrap gifts, refill lighters, replace flints, and assist with inventory management.

Requirements:

• You have completed a retail apprenticeship and have accumulated several years of sales experience.
• Your high motivation, reliability, and flexibility make you a great fit for our team.
• You have a communicative, service-oriented personality and can work successfully with various stakeholders.
• You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are always welcome.
• Your friendly, team-oriented, and proactive personality, along with a well-groomed appearance, complete your profile.
